    Saw that. That is huge!

I really can't decide which is better. Shane on Kobe was awe-inspiring and it was a big game (22). This one was great because of the overall ineffectiveness and the ability to switch between two elite defenders.

hard to say, both are great, but i think "JAMES had no dunk and 0 assist" is more impressive

I was at both games. Easily Battier on Kobe.
Historically the Rockets do well against James for some reason. Even when TMAC used to guard him.

I do not care what anyone thinks but in the playoffs with those 3 healthy, no one can match up with us. Lakers is closest.

lets not forget when t-mac was motivated back in his heigh day he could be a very solid defender, He just has a very very very hard time finding the motivation, and even now the motivation would be useless cause he can't stop james in anyway.

Is Barkley for real? Im assuming its all an act. He can't be that foolish.

I was fumed about the aaron brooks comment. And yeah LMAO at 'no one can stop superstars'. Barkley uhm look what we did to Lebron. We 'desuperstared" him.

both are very impressive...yet that game was crucial to the streak...one man show...but 0 assists...that's impressive...

Oops,I just notice that LeBron didn't dunk a ball in tonight's game, none at all. That'd be totes impressive and I would give Ron Ron and Shane credits for what they did against the Cavs.

Less penetration, less opportunities for the spot up shooters.Job well done. :D

from a stat lines perspective, holding lebron to 21/0/1 on 7-21 is more impressive than kobe having a bad shooting performance, though 24 points on 33 shots is amazing. from a defensive perspective though, definitely battier on kobe. he didn't let him penetrate, forced him into a lot of bad shots, and was on him like glue for all of those shots. it was spectacular defense.

tonight we basically just dared lebron to hit outside jumpers and he didn't. now obviously lebron doesn't just take outside jumpers because you ask him nicely. ron and shane had to play good D and shane getting those 2 charges to put lebron in foul trouble and make him afraid to drive and get more charges were huge, but as individuals, they basically just dropped back and hoped lebron missed. and once he did, we killed the cavs.

can't believe he's played this many career games and never once had 0 assists before tonight.

I'm glad you made this thread cause it shows new fans that these elite players like Kobe and LeBron could be defended and the teams who defend them could just have their number..

Oh like the Bulls vs the Rockets in the early 90s!!
    :D
