Wow. I'm glad you're not our GM. Lebron is one of the best playmakers in the NBA, and that includes point guards. If he strictly played PG he'd be up there w/ Paul, Deron, Nash, etc...

Is LeBron James a point forward?

He is a cipher, wrapped in an enigma, smothered in secret sauce.

I don't know what's the big deal about it.

Kobe has score 61 this season easily, or better yet, he has score over 60 pts in JUST THREE QUARTERS in the past, not to even mention he's numerous 50s and 60s games, and last but not least, he's 81.

Only if Lebron could shoot at a higher clip consistently.

Even though we are witnessing a great career as of now, picturing a Lebron with a jumper would be unbelievable.

16 points in about two minutes. Wow. Guy is incredible.

I wish we had someone who could do something like that.

So are we not allowed to talk about a scoring performance until someone scores 82 points?

You clearly haven't watched LeBron and the Cavs play much this year, I'd put money on that.

You can always spot the ones who hate a player for no reason at all...and that hate makes them believe certain things about the player that are so far from reality that its not even funny....You really should watch Lebron play...he makes his teammates better...he sets up the offense beautifully...he does everything....Not wanting lebron james on your team is like saying I wouldn't have wanted Micheal Jordan on my team. IMO Lebron is already the best player in the NBA..and probably will be for the 5-6 years easily (if he doesn't get injured)

Space Ghost, all the argument you're making against LeBron could have been said about Michael Jordan in the 80s. He dominates the ball, doesn't allow his teammates to flourish, etc.

LeBron's got all the tools to be an all time great. Saying you wouldn't want him is nuts. He'd be right at the top of every GM's wish list.

I dont know how you can watch that and just be like ehh, he's a ball-hog, i wouldnt want him on my team, etc. Those are just words of jealousy or spite.

The dude was in the freaking ZONE and he knew it. Those threes were freaking ridiculous. He doesnt normally take those kind of shots, at least not repeatedly. When a performance like that happens, you just have to appreciate it for what it is

The scary part about Lebron is that he is the MVP of the league and still has a lot of room for improvement.

And most importantly, Lebron isn't really anything like Jordan because Lebron is a true point guard. His vision and playmaking ability are simply amazing for someone his size.

    T-Mac made 13 points in 35 secs.

Nothing special just because it's James he gets so much attention.

Not liking a player is not the same as believing he is overrated. I don't like Bryant, but I do acknowledge he is a great player. James aspiration to be the first billionaire ball player speaks volume about where his mind lays. He is a great player and he has a great chance at getting a ring. I prefer loyalty and humility over arrogance and greed. When he lands in NYC, make sure you root for the yankee's also as they are all about the money. But don't put James and Bryant in the same category as Jordan.
