They really need to make a real effort to get Yao more involved in the second half. He needs to punish them on the inside and draw some fouls.

 

Ok second half is about to start first 3 minutes will be key. Rockets should have the ball first lets hope for a better start in the 3rd.

 

I would like for one of the two to take a strong hold of the starting job. Brooks earned the shot he is getting. If he doesnt work out Lowry is capable.

 

What rocket has an impact in the second half the most ?

Another thing is, why is it so hard for them to contain Josh Howard on the pick and pop?

Yao is not getting the ball deep in their territory.

 

AB is too excited that now he thinks he has to do too much when he doesn't....and rafer is now 1 of 8 lol

 

Lowry has a serious chance of starting over AB. AB is running way too fast out there and heading nowhere, he's trying to force the issue. Wafer has only looked for his own shot, that's not good. Barry should get more shots and Artest needs to stick with his man. Yao is not getting the calls so it's time for him to get angry and give Scola more touches like Hubie said.

Just on a sidenote, I wish these guys would commentate the NBA Finals because these two never talk nonsense, Hubie is a great analyst and the bald guy has a great voice and really complements Hubie.

What worries me still is defense and our non-ability to make nothing out of getting rebounds, steals etc. Our pick and roll defense is terrible, almost nobody is helping one another and how come we let guys get layups and jumpshoots 8 feet from the basket. Get Deke in there just to intimidate these guys because Yao cannot block a damn thing and Artest is terrible right now.

I partly blame the refs for our lack of drawing fouls because everytime we try to draw a charge it's either a no call or a blocking foul and everytime we touch some1 it's a shooting foul. It's time for us to grow a pair and kick the Mavs ass, because we're getting soft again and rolled over and looks a little bit too familiar (remember Jazz playoffs last year). I thought Artest would change that but I guess not

I would ssay most likely because the guy has to jump all over the place to get an offensive rebound so he can have a shot opportunity, cause he can be open 5 posessions in a row and we will continue to use 20 seconds to give the ball to yao for a basket, miss or turnover.

Yao has been fed already 10 times, made 4 shots, missed 4 and lost 2 balls.
