What were the lockerroom problems that you couldn't talk about a couple days ago. Also, someone needs to know what Soloman was talking about because i lost too much of my life following that blog.

Ron is still here so I doubt he will elaborate.

But I bet this whole thing was overblown.

I have heard though some decent sources (take it FWIW) that Ron has a problem with showing up on time for practices and that the team wasn't happy with his ankle issues and taking games off and his isolation play.

Like I said, take it FWIW

I doubt Clutch will tell us, though. Ron is still on the team. I am thankful for that now that TMac is out

Scola tripped over Brents puma. Then when they were screaming at each other, Brooks scoped out the Puma and was like WTF why can't I afford that? So he started yelling at Rafer for missing free throws. Rafer knew he could not scream back at Brooks, for fear of looking like a chump in fear of his job, slammed Artest for going 1-8 from 3. Artest respected Alston from back in the day on NYC playgrounds. Rafer was his idol so he decided to take a shot at TMAC knowing he was on his period that week. Well TMAC did not like that at all. Partially hormones and part true outrage he walked over told Yao 你是白痴, but his pronunciation was garbage. Yao didn't know WTF he said but remembered teaching TMAC some bad words in mandarin and took it as an insult. So he just laughed it off but then later during practice tried to take him out by stepping on his foot in practice.

Haha nice recap. About as insightful as some "insiders" on this board.

been lurking/posting since 99 or 00, and the only insider worth a hill of beans has been the Doc (though I recall one other years ago)

Just a guess, but I bet it has something to do with guys (Rafer mainly) speaking out to the media.

Yeah I thought there were a couple then too. That was during the CD era though. I'm not sure Doc is still with the team, but I think he still has connections. At least it seems that way.

I was shocked a few days ago when it looked like they were pushing for McGrady instead. I knew they were open to dealing T-Mac, but didn't think they were pushing for it because I figured they assumed they would get more starting in the summer. After T-Mac went to SAS and announced his microfracture and things went crazy, nothing really surprised me anymore (well, I take that back -- this trade surprised me. I didn't see Rafer of all people getting moved).

I would post some of the issues (and likely will at a later date), but since he's still here I don't think it would be appropriate (and I'd probably get a call from the Rockets). Ironically, some of Ron's issues involve T-Mac (and somewhat Rafer), though I don't think those dominoes falling were to help Ron. Others are more behavioral and team discipline. I don't know what to say yet on why he didn't get dealt, but the focus for a solid month honestly was moving Artest. At the same time, Cleveland didn't move Szczerbiak and Portland didn't move LaFrentz and we all know they were heavily shopped, so I'm guessing the market for expiring contracts wasn't that good.

I don't think they will re-sign him, but on the other hand, this is almost an entirely different team so he may have 28 games now to prove himself. Right now as is, I can not see the Rockets committing big dollars and years to him though.

alright, I'm not gonna start a new thread over this, but if there is no Ron, and McPastry's expiring contract, is there a way we can seriously take a stab at Chris Bosh? I'd hate to lose Landry or Wafer, but for a 25 year old Chris Bosh I wouldn't think twice. Would Bosh fit here with Yao and RA's system?

    cheers.

OK, you got everything right, except for the last part. What happened was that Yao went to TMAC and asked him straight up what the heck he was talking about, but he got too close to Tracy and he got injured by Yao's breathing, and now TMAC won't talk to anyone, and is considering a new experimental procedure called "full body replacement/implant" that replaces all of his body parts with indestructible titanium prosthetics, which should make him the top free agent in the 2010 class, but he won't re-up with the Rox (even if Les offered all his money + all the bailout money Les is getting from Obama) and won't talk to any Rox people for the rest of his life, and will sign with Utah instead, and all the Rockets would beg him not to punish them when they play the Jazz, but he will average 105pts for the series and will laugh at their faces, and Adelman will be all crying and saying "please Tracy, forgive me", but Tracy will never ever forgive him, until he is dead, which is never, because with the new titanium body he will never die.
So, there, this is what happened.
