Our weakest link is Luther Head and I think we got rid of him a while ago when we made him go sit in the bench and to stay there.

Seriously, Rafer Alston is underrated and under-appreciated around here. I can't believe how many Rocket fans hate him. I think Lowry will be better in the future, easily. However, right now I would rather have Rafer Alston controlling point guard for me then Lowry.

Good thing Les didn't look up and face reality when we played Utah a few years back.

Or else ya man would be gone. ;)

Rafer played well in the last 2games,but he sucks almost half of the season. Now we can get rid of him .The most important,we keep Ron and Battier!

Guys, if it doesn't work, Mike Bibby is a free agent this offseason.

I'm really happy with the trade...it's addition by subtraction more than anything - and I think Lowry can be really good for us...he seems like the anti-Alston when it comes to getting to the rim and finishing.

BUT - after several years as starting point guard, Morey's comments strike me as pretty harsh - no "we thank Rafer for his services, we think he's a tremendous competitor"? Morey's comments sound like a kick in the nuts to Rafer on his way out.

Any comment at all from Rafer so far?

I think he'll be fine and may end up as the starter before it's all over with.

You know we made a bad trade when the headline reads " Orlando get skip"

They don't even mention what Houston gets stuck with. I heard the news and as I heard the name Lowry all I could think of was Will Smith in Bad boys. Not once did I think of basketball . . .
