90% of the OP's posts have been complaining about the complainers. The circle of life continues.

Are you a fan? Seriously I have to question you? Do you even care at all whether the Rockets win with maybe the most talented roster they have ever had?

US FANS have treated Tmac like gold for years, but after while his excuses and quitting attitude got real old. And what he just did this year is inexcusable.

For you to call out other fans who are passionate and want to win I have to question whether you are a fan of the HOUSTON ROCKETS instead of being a Tracy Mcgrady fan. What are you some kind of band wagon guy that just roots for teams with certain players and since Tmac is here you root for the Rockets and turn a blind eye to this mess he has just created in our best chance to win the championship season since 1995?

Fans like us are about winning for the ROCKETS, and fans like you seem to be about rooting for individual players and not the actual team.

It is truly AMAZING that someone could try and back Tracy for how he
has acted on and off the court. He has taken a steaming crap on
everything that the Rockets stand for, and yet we still have people
coming in to fondle his nuts.

    Tracys act is played out.

He is no longer a "Rocket" in my eyes...Has not been since Toronto...

I am a Rockets fan. Even though things have looked bad at times this season and in seasons past, I stayed with the Rockets and kept on believing.

If be a Rockets fan means I have to kiss Tmac's behind all the time no matter how he hurts the team, then HELL NO I am not a Rockets fan.

Yep. I share this opinion. My takes have been consistent from the start. I was defending Tracy all the way up until the Toronto game. That game showed what kind of personality he really has. Especially his comments after it. Since that game he no longer has my support, regardless of what happens from here on out.

    1. No one is going to admit they AREN'T a fan.
    2. Sometimes you need someone to call out others, tmac obviously needed to be called out.
    3. Tmac is the "cancer" on the court, not off. The ball moves a lot better and more guys get involved without Tmac than with tmac and without ron.
    4. don't confuse being happy with a win with being in love with Rafer. I'm sure everyone who wanted him out still does. Hot streaks and a nice assist game every once in a while isn't gonna get it done long term.
    5. the rocket had a horrible record without tmac because they had no one else without tmac, except for Yao. Now Scola is comfortable, brooks and landry are solid and consistent, we have ron, wafer, etc. Its not the same team, even if some of the same players are here.
    6. I agree there's been a lot of knee jerk reactions, but fans shouldn't blindly root for team under any circumstance. Stick with your team through slumps and bad years, but that doesn't mean you have to settle for the kind of drama Tmac has brought to the season.

how has he acted on and off the court??? on the court he is hurt there is not that much he can do when being hurt. If someone kicked you really hard in your knee let me see if your able to walk or basically play ball while your knee is sore. Off the court I don't see him doing anything wrong. If your going to bring up going to Vegas then save it. Reporters ask him a question and he answers it and tells the truth. Now if that's a problem then idk what your talking about.

We have said this all year, Did you just arrive at Clutchfans? Nothing new here.....Tracy is hurt ALL THE TIME. Tracy does not play with HEART and PASSION.
Wrong again. We had all kinds of problems with the team last year, like
getting out of the first round...It is about time that Ron and Rafer pointed out
what everyone was thinking, Tracy does not play hard consistently, again, nothing new.
I will never, ever back up a player that gets max money and does not
leave his balls on the floor. The fans, and Tracy's teammates deserve better.

    I agree with you JKilla.
This forum is proof that Houston consists of mostly bandwagon fans.

Never seen anyone quit on a team like that...

    Edit: Maybe Snottie...

Seriously...I don't care if you think I am less than a fan, do you care If I think you are a loon for rooting for McGrady?

why would you require some sort of standard be placed on each individual fan? nobody is forcing you to meet their standards.....except Tinman.

dude, we are here, posting on a message board. We are fan enough just by joining this site. People have opinions, they vary. You don't have to agree with them, I hate Rafer, deal with it.

I think it's more of criticizing rather than bashing.

Look at it this way, if Kobe were making his amount of $$$ and producing, or in this case not producing, like Tracy Lakers fans would be raising hell as well.

As far as Rafer goes, he just needs to be consistent. He is a good ball handler, not the best playmaker but he does have skills. His shot is just so UGLY man!

Shane is just a role player. He does what he does without trying to get too much over himself. I do think he can create for himself I just don't know what is stoping him. Yes we do have scorers but it would help everyone else if he would provide more spark to the offense other than spot up 3s.

Those 3 are the only players that I see as the weakest on our team at this time. Maybe Chuck but at least he's not a starter... anymore. :D

If TMac acted like a true man he should be honest to his teammates and the fans. He should have said something like " I am injured, but I will do whatever I can to help the team. Be a role player, a bench player, play 15 minutes a game, or not playing at all but cheering like Deke ..." I think most fans here would still support him.

What he did instead? Complained about not getting enough touches? Said he would have the last laugh? Claimed he's back multiple times? How can you expect the SPORTS fans support a sissy moody drama queen?

You and Jkilla are the only band wagon fans and personally why don't the both of you go root for some other team and some other star player since that is all you care about.

We care about the Rockets, not some pathetic has been superstar that is a quitter.

The only band wagoner is guys like you who root for a player more than you root for the team. I've rooted for the Rockets my entire life going back to the Ralph Sampson, Rodney McCray, Louis Loyd, Jim Peterson, and Lucas days. You're probably to young to even remember all of that and wouldn't even know about that kind of Rockets passion.

So take your band wagon ways and go root for the Lakers or something and suck Kobe's ass up the same way you are for a guy that isn't even on the Rockets team anymore.

    It's plain and simple,
Who is the the guy taking highest salary on this team?
Who is the only superstar on this team?
That's it, T-mac should fight for this team, not become a drama queen and quit.
We fans just want everything clear, not bizarre press conference and weird MRIs
