Just a for fun poll. If the Rockets can continue to shoot the three like today or even better just to say, how many assist do you think Yao could rack up. (assuming that Yao gets the double like usual and kicks it back out and his target nails the three).

Simple and again just for fun.

If Rafer and Shane can hit consistently like tonight, they will excel whoever they play against.

Those 2 are our least consistent 3 point shooters at the time.

i honestly think he can average about 8 a game where our shooters can nail the 3 consistnently. Do you really think he has a hard time passing thru double teams? i dont

I doubt he'll get many assists. If you watch most games, when Yao kicks out, that player that receives the pass doesn't usually shoot, he passes the ball right away to the next guy.

wafer, rafer and artest if they are the open man I know for sure they will shoot. battier and barry are too unselfish for that and will think before they shoot. good thing is wafer and artest are one of the more higher percent 3 point shooters on the team. just food for thought

Exactly, Yao creates regardless of how many assists he gets.

a lot of his kick-out are passed for a second time for a wide open three, if those are counted, a triple double is easy ~

Assists from big men are overrated. We know he's not some great passer but he can find the open man. I'd rather him not pass as much and dominate inside. Only pass when shooting is not a viable option. If this is his team, then that should be his mentality.
