A coaching change and a change in playing style and it unlocks the shackles on the suns players.. they are back at running and gunning.

They already scored 73 with 2:29 left in the first half..
    granted its against the clippers.

I noticed that too but then I saw who they were playing against.

Wow, maybe Terry Porter was killing this team worse than we originally thought. 81 points, 21 assists and 76% shooting in the first half? I hope for our sake this isn't here to stay!

I'm not surprised by this game. Teams often have a surge of energy for a few games after an unpopular coach is fired. The Suns will be a better team but they aren't contenders. Their roster is too flawed.

That's amazing to score that much, with Shaq at center. Who says you can't run again with the Big Aristotle?

I wrote the Suns off a few years back but I think they might have dark horse contender written on them this season. Shaq is looking pretty good, I expect Nash's numbers to go up without Porter and Amare, well, he is mad but he will get over things.

It's a long shot but if things click for them at the right time I think they can beat anyone in the West in a 7 game series.

I am now prepared to be flogged by all of you who have seen more than the 3 Suns games I've seen this season.

Suns gunning for 140-150? sure seems like a good chance the rate they are going..

Even still... 70% shooting in a game is insane.

they'll no doubt slow down once the 4th hits and the scrubs are in, but is the 169 scored in wilt's 100 point game the most ever in a regulation game? the suns could certainly hit the 150's if they keep it up.

edit: the rebounding is 40 to 12!! i don't think i've seen anything close to that before.

Teams always play well when they have a coaching change...they try to show that it wasn't them, it was the coach...sheesh one game folks...one game.
