First of all, I'm definitely set on letting T Mac go for VC, because I'm pretty sure there wouldn't be any beef between Artest and VC. But who would you give up for Vince...Carl Landry or Aaron Brooks? Both have the potential to become even better players...who would you honestly give up?

Out of those two, I would say AB would help the team more.

Landry has more of an upside than brooks no doubt.. what makes this a legit questions is the fact that if we did get rid of brooks we wouldnt have a back up point gaurd

I feel that Carl Landry is the guy I would give up. I know that he's made his share of contributions, but the Rockets have such a glut of players at that position.

Aaron Brooks, if played a lot more on a regular basis, only can get better and better, and teams might feel the need to set up a special defense just to contain him because of his lightning speed. Plus, the Rockets would be left too thin at the PG position if he was traded away. I would sure like to know if there are any PGs out there who are just as fast as he is that the Rockets could acquire in a trade (Tony Parker, Chris Paul, and Steve Nash are who I consider untouchable with their respective teams).

Perhaps if neither are involved in the deal for Carter, then in all likelihood, NO DEAL, period.

AB is far worse of the two...yet it is far more difficult to find a young PG of his caliber. I would rather get rid of AB if we could find a viable alternative, but we probably can't.

AB and Landry are the future of the Rockets. Must find a way to get TMac, Head, and Dorsey out of H-Town. I don't know what that can get the team but it must be someone that can at least play D.

His quick, lightning speed isn't IMO.

I would sure like to know if there are any college players out there that is up to Aaron's caliber that would be available in this year's draft. There isn't anyone out there in the league available that I feel is touchable that has the kind of lightning speed Aaron has.
