sigh, foolish libpig circle jerk of massive fail.

because the title has fail and obama within close proximity, it supports the fact that Obama is inevitably going to fail. partly as a result of misguiding thread titles.

    oh btw, keep D&D civil.

I'd like more of the stimulus to be targeted towards the two keys to resolving this financial crisis: 1) Frozen credit markets 2) Consumer confidence.

Instead of addressing those problems, Team Dimocrat puts last-minute rules in place to further cap compensation at banks (which will motivate the banks to either not take Fed money or pay back what they have taken, thereby negating the benefit and intent of the program) and talked down the economy (and consumer confidence) by repeatedly referring to the situation as a 'catastrophe'. The WSJ is lambasting him over both of these issues, including a front page story on Saturday on the first issue. He is being roasted. He let politics, class warfare, and demogoguery guide his decision making instead of doing what is right. Typical dumb-headed politician move....

Obama is just in over his head. He doesn't understand any of what is going on. He has no experience with it. He's just a coveniently image-crafted, paid mouther of teleprompted script, written by Axelrod and his handlers...

^^^ With a post like this from our resident Bush twins (who were wrong about the war, wrong about the economy, wrong about the wasted eight years of a criminal president), convinces me more and more President Obama is on the right track to putting our nation back on track.

    love it!

Somehow I don't think Obama is too concerned over his Wall Street Journal rep. He's made a point of vilifying greed and entitlement, that's sort of the home ground of the WSJ.

Also, if bank CEO's don't take government money and end up having to write off toxic loans and post huge losses, I don't think the stockholders are going to sit well with continuing their existing compensation anyway.
The fund managers that really wield proxy power aren't going to keep their stock.

No? Because you're a full-blown ass clown who lives for attention on the internets? Because you obviously post things to incite reaction? Either that or you are completely unable to comprehend the articles you post, as evident by your perpetual thread titles that do not relate to the article whatsoever?

You can't be this stupid in real life, can you? Brah?

You wont be saying that when were living in a socialist country... You do realize that your children will be paying for "YOUR" mistake.. How can some of you people be so damn ignorant? Obama was voted in as President IMO simply because of timing. I mean how convinient was it? Coming out of one of the least popular Presidential campaigns ever. I mean how hard was it winning the election. Talking about hope.. Well you've all been fooled my friends your children will become hopeless as well as your grandchildren. Unless your filthy rich.. but for the rest of us who work for what we have... Thanks and good job

All that means is that 76% of you are misinformed about what Obama is really about.
