Larry Hughes can't shoot for **** and Ben is streaky as hell

 

WTF?

Why would the Rockets do that? It is great for Phoenix and Chicago, but UGLY for the Rockets.

Gordon is ok, but he is not a PG....meh to this trade.

I actually wouldn't have a problem with that trade.

Ben's sorta gonna be another rental like Ron woulda been and doesn't Larry's contract expire 2010? I may be wrong. Anyway that is if this is true...

2 regrets ::
(1) we won't have the Golden Ticket (the $23 Million expiring contract) next year that everyone wants.
(2) i won't be able to use my most vicious poster/sign messages against him b/c he'll be gone before i get to see another game.

 

That's a horrible trade for us, larry sucks hard and Ben gordon can only shoot the 3 ball.

Replace Hughes with Deng,

 

Decent trade in my opinion, we could clear off a lot of salary with Hughes and Gordon. Gordon is a great scorer and a great shooter.

It's not like any of them are selfish, Hughes actually plays defense, I'm sure Gordon would at least attempt to play defense in this system.

Not a bad trade, Just not sure how likely it is.

The only reason why we get Hughes, is because of how big T-Mac's contract is. I would rather have a playing/healthy Larry Hughes on this team then a unhealthy banged up Tracy McGrady. Hughes is known for playing defense and he can shoot the ball decently. I don't see how this is a bad trade. T-Mac has been a defensive liability this year.

This trade is better than we all think.

 

that's just a HORRIFIC trade for houston, beyond horrific in fact. those chinese media must not know much.

 

Could Houston possibly be getting back some picks too?

If we are getting a couple of first rounders than the deal is a lot more palatable.

For the people that are saying this is a good trade...do you guys even watch basketball? Ben Gordon is overrated and Larry Hughes reminds me of derrick anderson (he totally sucks)

 

Not a bad trade scenario for the rox, trading 1 dead body for 2 live bodies.

 

LH's contract does expire in 2010.I'm not totally against this idea, although I would rather have McGrady's expiring contract next year.
