    Petition signed.

Stick with the original plan. We're not done yet.

    That's why you sit him.

    Give him the Starbury treatment.

The similar thread I posted a week ago(which is closed by the administrator).
    http://bbs.clutchfans.net/showthread.php?t=162292)

Please please please ban T-Mac forever

Will you keep T_MAC far from the court forever if you have the power?
Yes. He is the reason why we are struggling. 14 63.64%
No. We still need him in the playoffs. 6 27.27%
Destiny is destiny. I’m not the God. 2 9.09%

How much time I ever gave you even though everyone had no patience?
How much belief I ever still kept even though you acted as a loser again and again?
How much defense on the court did you ever play ?
How many shots have you ever took and how many shots you made?
How much wandering on the court and smiled as an angel like you just don’t care the wins?
How much ball stopping do you love?
How much why not attacking the rim and jacking up pathetic fg?
How many losses to the lottery teams when you danced on the court?
How many wins against the elite teams when you chose to look after your sexy knees?
How much chemistry have you ever destroyed by your poor effort and soft heart as a terrible leader?
How much hurt will you continue bring to this team?

Dear RA, why do you still believe T_Die when the season is going to be over and all those facts happen day after day?

Please please help sit T_Die forever in order to just make the playoff.

Then trade him for Marbury. Just end the drama.

The Gradyless Rockets can compete with anybody in the west.

I'm not sure sticking with Artest is the best way to go, either. Especially since there's a pretty good chance we'll lose him this summer with absolutely nothing to show for it.

I also agree we should stand pat. I think Artest plays well with Yao when Tracy is not in the line up.

I dont think Amare would be a good fit. He is a liability of offense and also a chemistry killer. He has already made Joe Johnson leave the suns and Mike D and quiet possibly Shawn Marion.

Vince Carter could be a decent fit but he also is not a leader and does not bring any defense. He is also 32 and has 4 years left on his contract.

Mike Miller has been a life long scrub in the NBA. While he probably has possessed the talent he has over his career never reached his potential in any way.

I think we should be fine keeping Artest and letting Von Wafer play.

If there should be any trade it should involve Tracy and Luther.

I tend to agree with most of the stuff RR said, but I have an affinity for Vince Carter. He's pretty clutch and has a higher probability of carrying a team for stretches than anyone mentioned in the trade talks (Amare, Miller, Landry, Brooks, Artest). I'm talking about if everything is going to hell during a game and you need like 5 baskets desperately...and nothing is working. Carter would be the best option of all in terms of giving him the ball and everyone else getting the hell out the way. It's not the best offense, usually not the most efficient...but most great teams aren't perfect...actually no team is...and the great ones need great players to pull you through during crap times. Kobe does it for the Lakers and so on with every great star. I still think T-Mac can do it occasionally, and so can Artest...Yao to a lesser degree b/c of strong double teams in the post. I'd trust Carter the most out of them all in those times of desperate offense.

I am not excited about any trade, unless it involves Tracy, Head and/or Rafer.

I don't want to see Tracy play unless he can defend better. His play has been bad not just for himself, but also has negatively affected the play of entire team.

I definitely agree with standing pat, however, if Artest is not returning to the Rockets after this season it is better to trade him for some value in return.

I personally don't want to see Tmac in a Rockets uniform ever again, unless he can bring heat like the 04-05 Tmac.

I would not want to give up more then one of our young talents for any of those guys.

I just want last year's McGrady back. I remember last year we were all complaining how he's digressed but looking at this year, we should've been thankful for what we had last year. He's been ATROCIOUS this season.

I agree. Tmac should never have played a game this season. He has been useless 90% of the time. He may have been ready in time for playoffs

I want to agree the original notion in this thread, but if there is something we don't know about Artest behind the scenes, there's something we don't know. I would rather bring in a role player (Miller) than a new superego (VC, Amare).

I agree with everything about this thread. I want to be a player in 2010 free agency and taking on Vince contract would knock us out of that market. He can't play defense and we would give up our best defensive player in Ron sorry Shane fans that surgery has hurt Shanes already minimal athletic ability and no defensive player of the year honors either. Also by starting Artest he will get comfortable and start to really take over. Risk of getting Amare will he resign with us is a huge question mark and he is about Scola level as a rebounder and Landry and Scola together are more productive than him. Then throw in Aaron Brooks and Artest Hell to the no. Would like Miller, but not for Artest I would however do a Miller for Battier a trade I'm convinced with solid minutes and Yao Ming double teams Miller will once again get his touch back.

I just hope if we trade Artest, it's for the better of the team, not to make TMac happy and want to play again.

A happy TMac MAY have a good playoff performance 27/8/8 (by tmac fans standard) and make all other players suck, and give us another first round exit.

I keep hearing people say that he should rest his knee until the playoffs. That would be the worst thing the Rockets could do. It’s the months up until the playoffs where the teams improve their chemistry. Just imagine the offense really clicking and then when the playoffs start Tracy comes back. Not only would he stagnate the offense, but he would not be in basketball shape.

For the good of the team, Tracy needs to sit out the rest of the season, or play through the pain. Hopefully, he will sit out the season.

i agree with standing pat and sitting tmac....i can't say I wouldn't be excited to see Amare in a rocket's uniform but we will be losing alot out if it. I keep saying this, keep what we have minus tmac, and the rockets will get out of the first round and get a 3-5th seed in the playoffs...as much as i like tmac, he is the reason for the majority of our losses this year. The proof is in the record with and without tmac...

I think you mean July. If we make the Finals, we don't want him back.

Anyways, Rockets should have made that Billups/Prince deal for T-Mac in the off-season, we would have destroyed that deal big time.

Wafer needs to start, a trade doesn't need to be made unless Battier or T-Mac is moved.

I think we should sit him out but if he comes back later in the season he will screw up the chemistry they built with out him.. So as much as I hate to say it....We should play him asap and get him ready for the playoffs unless he is really hurt then sit him out. He will do his part like he always has, 3rd highest average leading scorer in the playoffs!
