Another poster made a thread about this and it was promptly locked, but it's actually the last lead in the list of headlines on ESPN's NBA page this afternoon. Unfortunately, it's an insider only feature on their Rumors page, and I flatly refuse to pay ESPN anything. I would like to know what they're saying, though. The headline on the Rumors page reads "Will Yao Remain a Rocket?" Anyone an insider? http://insider.espn.go.com/nba/feat...ttp://insider.espn.go.com/nba/features/rumors
And that reason is...? Because ESPN is shoveling sensationalist crap? Because it contains no new information about Yao or his future contract status? Inform me.
How about because there's already a thread on this? http://bbs.clutchfans.net/showthread.php?t=162539 FYI, starting a new thread on the same subject as a thread that just got locked isn't such a great idea.
I'm an insider, Yao jokingly said he might retire because both his parents were retired by the age 30, i posted the article in the other thread but no one saw it i guess.
Oh, and the quotes they use for that article are taken from here: http://www.chron.com/disp/story.mpl/sports/bk/bkn/6261524.html
