Let me count the ways: The infant didn't just take his dad's cigarette and lighter - they were given to him. The infant easily knows how to operate a lighter. The infant knows what to do with a cigarette. The infant actually lights and smokes the cigarette. The infant lights and smokes as if he's done this MANY times in the past. The infant doesn't cough at all - another indicator that hes done it MANY times in the past. As the infant lights up, there are many adults there that don't stop him. Instead of stopping him, they laugh and applaud him. The adults certainly taught the infant intentionally how do light up and smoke. The adults seem to reward the infant with candy for properly lighting and smoking. Did I miss anything?
That's actually an 18 year old. True, he's been smoking since he was a toddler, but it severely stunted his growth.
Some of you guys need to check out some sites like "The YNC" and "nothingtoxic" for real shock content... It's crazy, like 5 years ago , I would've tripped the #$%^ out, but after watching such crazy vids out there on the net... Nothing makes me look away. The last one I saw that tripped me out was the "Dnepropetrovsk killings" video... the one in the forest... Kids smoking ain't got nothing on these two cupcakes...
Anyone remember Joe C (the little guy who toured with Kid Rock)? That dude was 30 years old and sounded about 6..... I hope to god that this is another person like Joe C - small as hell, but older.
sure, meggo, we all know about guys like Joe C., Emmanuel Lewis, Gary Coleman, and Verne Troyer. but do you honestly believe this kid is inflicted with a disease like some of them? those other guys have more adult-like qualities that go along with their little bodies.. that kid is a baby.

That is hilarious. I always felt that smoking looked kinda cool. But I don't smoke cause its bad for my health. Cool, but not worth the risk.
You missed one big point, this boy is cursing left and right, and that's mainly why the adults are laughing, not the smoking. Understandable though, as it's in Chinese, and not Mandarin.
Don't look at other cultures from your own perspective. Number one mentality and deficit theory comes to mind...
