    People say about Barkley, Malone, Stockton, etc. that they were great players who just didn't win a championship. People are not going to say the same thing about T-Mac. People are going to say that he never got out of the first round, period. People aren't going to say that he never won a championship because a) that would be ridiculous and b) the fact that he never got out of the first round looms much, much larger in peoples' minds.

    As for T-Mac he hasn't been able to adapt to Adelman's offense, he's still a ball stopper and the Rockets look much, much better when he's sitting. That's probably the most damning consideration of them all--that his team actually plays better when he's not around.

    I dont trust my judgement and cant form a basketball opinion.

    Thank GOD we have Carr Bombed and a cast of others that can do that for me, imparting their wisdom so that I can look to them for guidance

    Oh yeah for the posters that called me a liar and told me to prove it.....I can't on here, because I can't work the search feature, but I can on another board so here you go...

    My point in this thread wasn't for me to just say I "told you so" to the entire board, it was only directed at the posters who trashed me, because I wasn't being a homer and tried to warn everybody when the season started that something didn't seem right with McGrady and I thought he was bone on bone......that's it. I've watched all kinds of sports for many years and I tend to have a knack to pick up on these kinda sports injuries. (also suffering from a severe knee injury myself, I'm speaking for experience) When I simply posted what I thought was going on I was taken to the woodshed, by "Tmac fan boys" who didn't want to hear it....that's the only people this thread is directed to.

    Sad to say, but true... offense doesn't flow when the ball is in T-Mac's hands... I'm sure he'll fit in perfectly in a triangle offense...

    It's sad people are still trying to trash me.....I'm not the guy who F'up Tmac's knee, I'm just the guy who knew something was wrong. Let it go.

    It's also sad that you are proud about being right that our best player (or ex-first option/best player) is out of form. Don't make yourself seem like the victim here. You set yourself up and all the criticism you have taken has been well deserved.

    Hmm....so I'm proud McGrady is hurt. :rolleyes: sorry, but please shut the hell up. This is a basketball forum is it not? A place where we discuss basketball right? So why the hell do people get trashed is they say a guy is bone on bone? If y'all were mature enough to actually carry a conversation in the first place we wouldn't even be having this discussion.

    I joined this board because I wanted to talk about the team with follow Rockets fans, but this board is a joke where you have three types of posters

    1. Tmac fans
    2. Yao fans
    and
    3. Rocket fans (who root for all the players and can also take criticism about players without blowing a gasket)

    Sadly the last fan is the minority here....honestly I usually just go to other basketball forums now, because the discussions are so much better. This place is just great for sources and not much else now.
