    This season is the kind of season where one moment, you think "Yeah, we have the team to beat the best" but then next moment it's like "We're just snakebitten to be failures"

    Ultimately, I will judge this season by what happens in the playoffs because:

    When you are a franchise that has not won a playoff series since May 1997 (when i was just getting out of 5th grade in elementary school) then there are fans like myself who are frustrated and hungry to be credible once again not only in NBA circles, but in the Houston Sports Landscape!

    The trend of playoff failure has to stop because you can hype the team all you want with slogans and ticket packages, but if the team can't get it done come playoff time, then all of that gimmick to get excited for the team becomes garbage!


    P.S. I've been hearing word of a possible locker room rift among certain players on this Rockets squad. Well let me tell you, locker room rifts are absolutely unacceptable by my standards of being an NBA Texas fan, because to me, team always comes first! If any player causes a locker room rift, then may I suggest to that player a plane ticket to an NBA team not in Texas and to take your "rifting behavior" elsewhere you scum!
