leebigez- we'll just have to agree to disagree on the whole charlotte v houston talent level thing. on the subject, i'd be very happy to get rashard but like sane said i don't see him making us any better than a minnesota. odom on the other hand is my ideal offseason. lac already has brand so almost no way would they want to give up odom for the 15 and kenny. unless we have the number 1(yao ming), i'd give up number 2 and above+kt for lamar. that seems more than fair for both teams.
How does one dislocate a shoulder going for a rebound? Don't know the answer. Does dislocation happen due to lack of core muscle strength around the joint? Did the other player lift up through Rashards armpit? I doubt this would ever happen to some muscle bound guy like Kevin Willis or Shaq, but I could be mistaken.
if that was the reason i'd have dislocated my shoulder about a thousand times by now so i'm gonna say it's not.
I thought Bo Jackson's career ended when somehow is hip (femur head?)joint stopped getting blood circulation and they had to replace his hip joint or am I remembering somebody else?
i thought it was on some play in a game and somehow his leg either went a weird way or got jammed really hard into the ground somehow and that did something to his hip (dislocated, destroyed it, i don't know).
man, we agree on a ton of crap. I get SO tired of hearing about how stupid the Rocks were for passing up on the greatest player who ever played the game: rashard lewis
Well on Rashard, I have to admit he does fill a need the Rockets have, someone who can play SF and get hurt half the time. Currently role filled by Walt Williams and Glen Rice. We have someone who's got a SF's height but plays a PF game in Kenny. Maybe Seattle would take all three for Rashard. This would have the benefit of more PT for EG and MT could move right back into the starting lineup, assuming he's healthy.
Why not trade Mo Taylor and his 6 year, $48 M contract to the Sonics for Rashard Lewis straight up(obviously Seattle would play a big part in that). That way, the Rockets get rid of Mo's contract and the Sonics get compensation for losing Lewis. And remember, the Sonics coveted Mo only 2 summers ago. The Rockets could then sign Lewis to a deal equal to Taylor's. That would solidify the Rockets front court and allow them to possibly draft one of the stud point guards in the draft, since the center prospects(including Ming) don't seem worthy. Also, Franchise could move to his better suited position of SG and Cat could come off of the bench where he plays more effectively from. The Rockets would then have two solid bench guys in Cat and KT, and would hold off on a center until they enter the Tim Duncan frenzy in a year.
