the only amare trade iam interested in is amare to miami and pairing up with d-wade

that would be a killer combo to watch and could change the balance of power in the east and maybe give the nba something new and exciting to talk about

amare + wade = fun basketball

I read earlier that Golden State was trying to get into the mix too. Amare on LAST year's team would have been downright sick with Baron running the show. Too bad Monta Ellis sucks right now and isn't a PG anyway.

With how the Rockets are playing against THE BUCKS, I wouldn't count us as a definite in for the playoffs.

amare belongs with nellie in golden state, his all scoring no d game would be a perfect fit, perhaps some sort of deal including those talented dudes that don't get playing time like randolph and wright could work or maybe ellis?

I hope he ends up in Chicago. Other than the Rockets, that's the only team whose games I watch (due to Rose), but their frontcourt makes me cringe.

Portland could end all of this suspense and just offer Aldridge (with Lafrentz) because noone is going to beat that offer. I wouldn't risk chemistry though, especially considering the fact that I don't think Stoudemire is that much better than Aldridge to begin with.

I understand wanting to slash payroll, but atleast get a decent young talent in return like Beasley or Aldridge. Tyrus Thomas is garbage.

i am somewhat surprised the Blazers would not just cut to the chase and offer Aldridge, his primarily mid range jump shooting game would actually be a pretty good fit with Shaq on offense and would very much work with Nasher

the question is should the suns also keep barbosa or is time to give up on that too

All those reports are essentially saying any contract past 2010 they want to get rid of. Barbosa's numbers are down and is clearly a player that D'Antoni made. He'll probably get traded to the Knicks.

Amare should go to the Rockets now, trade T-Mac for him.

Looks like Amare for Tyrus Thomas, Drew Gooden (expiring), Thabo Sefolosha, and Cedric Simmons (expiring) works cap wise. This would clear a lot of cap room for Phoenix, and Chicago would keep their core intact.

There has to be a pick or two involved. If this trade were to happen, I expect the Bulls to throw in their No.1 next year.

That, combined with a depleted bench, is a forty-win team--at best.

How about Yao + Artest for Amare + Shaq?

We get an atheletic big man (T-mac always likes this idea so he can do all his fancy pass ).

The suns get a money cow (Yao) since their owner has financial trouble.

How about no. Though, I wouldn't mind trading Amare for Artest + filler.

man if the warriors offer maggette, randolph, and wright I'd be tempted to say yes if I was phoenix. You get instantly younger by years and a nucleus of maggette.randolph, and wright would be nice in a few years with all the cap space from shaq and nash available.

I think the Suns will regret trading away Stoudemire. This could be the Marion trade of this year.
