    Poll question.
Do you believe that Morey is seriously looking and possibly working on trade options right now as we speak, or do you think the Rockets organization is going to wait this thing out, good or bad?

Yes, I think he will make a trade for McGrady. He is a wizard at making deals and he is smart enough to know T-Mac is playing like a POS...

I see a Bobby Jackson like trade made by the deadline. Hopefully for Amare. hehe. :D

Trading McGrady would be the only trade to make us a better team. The question is who in their right mind would want McGrady?

Even if he is, we won't hear about it beforehand. With the Rockets, we never do.

This game will prompt a change of some sort. Whether it's a trade, Adelman getting axed or maybe both -- we'll see.

T-Mac's trade value is the lowest it's been in forever.

Well the Rockets always make a trade, big or small, before the deadline for some small tweaks. But unlike last year, where the Rockets were starting to pull together to go on that 22 win streak, the Rockets look dull on both ends of the court and have been inconsistent every game. So I'd say a somewhat big deal that would either send one of the Big 3 or a large role player.

I believe in times like these that we really need to take a look at what we have to offer. Obviously Yao isn't going anywhere, so that leaves a few other starters on the block.

But we have to remember, we're not the only ones who see that Ron has poor selection.

We have to remember, we're not the only ones who see that T-Mac is old and nearly worthless.

We have to remember, we're not the only ones who see that Battier is rapidly deteriorating as a hustle player.

So who would want these players? It's ridiculous to throw trades that completely favor our team, and trades like these seem to dominate these boards.

I don't know what you are expecting.

As a nba GM, Morey has failed. Simple and Plain!

He is unable to make any major trade. Mike James, failed! SF3, failed! Ron Artest, failed! Even Scola trade, failed! Although Scola is a good player, he is not the one who can fit with Yao well.

Morey never played the bball. He doesn't really know the bball.

Artest HAS to stay. He's the only one who cares about this team right now.

The reason why Morey is so damn good is because he didn't completely ruin this franchise by making these moves.

He made some high-reward, low risk moves that gave this team and coach the opportunity to excel.

You can't determine if two players are compatible without letting them play together, and even though this Artest experiment seems to be failing, we didn't lose very much, unless you consider a D-League player in Donte Greene and a low first rounder as highly coveted.

And think of the magic he's worked in the second round, picking up a couple of extra picks simply through strategic wheeling-and-dealing.
