i remember my anatomy treacher in highschool telling us about that fish...other than cutting your johnson off to remove the fish you can have a metal rod inserted into your urethra...then "scrapers" are ejected from the rod...then the rod is pulled back out removing the fish, flesh and other stuff...mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm sound fun...
