If you're just now getting into Radiohead I would try listening to them album by album starting with The Bends. It's not my favorite Radiohead album (2nd fav. actually), but I think it's the best one to start with for people who are warming up to Radiohead as it is the most "rock" sounding of all their albums. Then I would listen to my favorite album of all time OK Computer. Amazing album, but it does take a few listens before you can really start to appreciate its greatness. Let down is my favorite Radiohead song and the last minute of that song is just pure gold. After that, I would move on to either In Rainbows or Kid A. Both are very, very good albums, however, I found them both to be a bit of an acquired taste, especially Kid A, which seems to be widely hailed as their overall best album, but I don't agree. After that, move on to the others except for Pablo Honey which was their first album and is marginal at best.
