Putting a hand in your face doesn't necessarily do much unless your fading away, or trying to create your own shot. If your just stopping and popping a hand in your face does jack squat.

after this game, you know who are the ones who are "purely" haters of the guy. i'm not gonna respond to those people again.

if people are thinking tracy was the main reason for this loss, well....

it's not tracy's fault, though he didn't have a great game either. those threes at the end just didn't fall. but we wouldn't have been in that situation if our bench weren't so bad. we missed layup after layup... and yes, even deke.

and artest... man, 1-10? he's gotta take some of the responsibility for this. when he was on the floor, it seemed like our possessions ended with him. pass the rock sometimes eh?

Why stop there and not trade TMac, Battier, and Rafer. Seriously something has to be done or this will another first round and out type of year. I believe if Yao and AB were not sick the Rockets would have won but on to the next game.

I hate the high post P&R between Tracy and Yao. It never seemed to have worked! It was even worse than the P&R between Rafter and Yao.

    That's exactly the reason.
T-Mac had some feeling early in the game. So he took away the shots that should been given to Yao. Then that's what happens, just like old time. Not a surprise at all.

we rushed a lot of shots near the end in attempt to get back. we shot around 47% for 3 quarters, but we gave up 58% shooting.

if we played some defense, the game would have been over by the first quarter. get it?

d*** it we almost tied the game then started throwing 7 long range bricks. Poor Yao ran back and forth
Why not give the ball to hot hands?

This is the problem with Adelman, and you know what when we lose a close series the first thing the players are going to say is some stupid **** like

"We need to get Home court advantage next year." Adelman and his patient is why the team never plays with any urgency until it's too late.

tracy was pretty good for 3 quarters. 9-19 for 21 pts, getting into a rhythm and keeping us in the game when yao was out and nobody was scoring for us.

rick sat him down too long, but by then, we're running the yao offense. tracy can only become a spot up shooter, like the rest of the players. and we just didn't knock down 3s. when you run a yao offense, you gotta make 3s.

It would work with quality players who can hit their shots. But Tmac and Rafer ? you hope for a prayer

People on this crack me up, I never seen so many people kiss rockets ass then bash them the next night. It was one game on a back to back against an athletic team that gets up to play us and we had a flu taking out brooks whose speed is missed against a team like this, and Yao played his butt off. He could've easily taken the night off, but gutted it out while puking his guts. Gay ran circles around T-mac all night and can see the team just looked tired, games like these happen. This team ain't gonna become contenders overnight. People who give on this team in february make me sick, and then call themselves Rockets faithful are pathetic. Go jump on Kobes tip. Gotta Believe!

About TMac, he played a decent game. However, he's not a closer, even when he's healthy. He would either pass to a 3 point shooter or shoot a 3 himself. It has been this way since 2006. I found it funny people keep on saying we need tmac to close the game.

The best group to finnish the game : brooks/vafer/landry/yao + tmac or artest or battier
