I love AB reaction, the guy never shows emotion and he was jumping around like a little kid.....LOL!!! Worrell missed his chance to say "T-Mac to the Rack!!!"
I'm excited too....I just find it annoying how people always hijack threads when they have hate for a player etc. I appologize for seeming like an ass, just caught me at a bad moment I guess. As for the HD....the uploader of that Laker made a "fake" title to get people to watch.
This dunk also reminds of another dunk a former Rocket had on Tyrus Thomas right here: <object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/_GiLII8vw4A&hl=en&fs=1"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/_GiLII8vw4A&hl=en&fs=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>
This is exactly right. When I saw the dunk I thought "damn, he actually went to the rim aggressively!" and then I saw the replay and said "damn, he didn't even get off the ground. It looks like his right foot had a roller skate on and he just rolled in for the dunk" Good to see him attack but he still has almost no lift. It's like I have repeated a few times, he can be very, very effective (more than most players) as he gets older because he will always be tall and long. If he keeps going to the rim like that he will get to the line and the risk of injury is not that great because he really isn't even getting off the ground. Most slashers get hurt when they are up high and get hit hard.
obviously his vertical isn't what it once was but it's still pretty good. if you check out the missed alley-oop v. philly, he got up there pretty good (no longer head touching rim like in his younger days though but that's expected). on that dunk, he used his length moreso than his hops. but check the vid again, he still jumped higher than the average NBA athlete. but yes, he's still not fully 100%. but at least now he has the confidence to work towards it.
Hmmm McGrady went out with one leg and mind you is still recovering. Swift went up with 2 and was probably healthier than McGrady
I had a Tmac poster in my bedroom once. I put it up but it wouldn't hang for two days in a row. Then it fell down for two weeks, then it was back and good as new. It was weird.
^umm nice attempt, E for Effort. I thought the dunk was kinda weak he barely got up The only good thing about it is that he dunked on someone.
That Swift dunk was sick? Two foot jump, outside of the restricted area and tomahawked it on Thomas...damn!!! The best part was he looked somewhat confused after the play and just flashed the "swift" sign for a second like he wasn't sure if he had really made it onto the court in a game or if it was all a dream.
Never said he went up high than Swift. It was a nice dunk but Tmac had to fully extent to finish and it looks like jumps about as high as me now which is pretty sad.
Nice dunk off a bum knee... T-Mac jumped off his right leg and dunked it left handed, pretty impressive if you ask me.
