    Did anybody else sign up for and use this on eBay/PayPal around Christmas time? I have about $100 cashback coming to me and my 60 day wait period was up last week and the cash went from pending to in process but has failed 6 times to be transferred to my PayPal account from my Microsoft Cash Back acount. Anybody else having similar problems?

    Mine has failed three times too. Anyone know what's up?

    Edit: OK, I just noticed I didn't have my PayPal email address listed on my Cashback account. I just added it, so hopefully that will help.

    Well my primary email address on my PayPal account is my hotmail address and it has still failed. Do you have to arrange your Cash Back account's email addresses as well?

    yes you have to add a paypal account to the cashback account. It does not automatically do it.

    Thanks for this info. I just saw where you can setup for PayPal, Ddirect deposit, or paper check. I thought the Cash Back account automatically linked your email address to the PayPal account. I just put my bank account information in so hopefully it will go through now. We'll see.....

    I didn't do this, but I was supposed to get some cash back from Paypal a while back but it never arrived. Was supposed to be $100 too. :(

    I gave up.

    I have same problem, transaction has failed to transfer 4 times so far. My Live Cashback Account ID (the e-mail address I login with) is different from my Paypal ID, but I thought it automatically links the account to Paypal if you paid with it?

    How do I add the option of direct deposit? can you guys provide a link?

    There should be a settings tab on your Cash Back account. You can add the information there. If you earned your cash back rewards using eBay and PayPal, you must enter PayPal account information to receive your reward.

    See, I just looked over everything and all my information is there/is correct and up to date. I even have my bank account linked.

    I hope this is just a glitch and it will clear up, because the only reason I got a laptop that day was because I was getting $160 in rebates back, which made it a great deal.
