So I guess the majority of this board could go out the next day and play basketball if a 300 pound man landed on their ankle.
from what jon feign said in his blog, him sitting out tonight is more like a precautionary thing. he said tracy was close to getting his ankle taped and test it out tonight. it's a minor injury so just let it rest to make sure so it won't be anything more serious like yao did with his knee.
Thank you Jon. But I wanted to know how serious is that. T-Mac said it is high ankle sprain. Well, it can be serious which won't heal in months (see Ron Artest) or it can be just a minor injury which will be gone after 3 days of rest. Is MRI necessary? Damn, it is just frustrating, isn't it? (Again, they said he is day-to-day. That means he could be back any day. He was close enough to get taped and test it in the hopes of playing tonight. -- Jonathan) http://blogs.chron.com/nba/2009/01/long_into_the_night_at_toyota.html
Sure. Ankle sprains are probably the most popular injuries in basketball T-Mac has been playing better and better, hopefully he will be back by tuesday ready to go. But it is frustrating. it happend once again...
well here we go again! Hope T-Mac gets better soon but why they have to rule him out at 2 o clock, 5 hrs before the game.
It's sad it has come to this... I used to love T-Mac but now I read something like this and feel happy because I honestly believe we have a better shot of winning without him.
