My friend and I invented a great game called overtime. It is only to be used when you have to get really really drunk really fast. Overtime: Two shot glasses. Two shooter glasses. Two quarters. One of the shot glasses is filled up halfway with your choice of liquor. Each person takes an empty shooter glass and a quarter. You start playing speed quarters in your respective glass. Whenever one person makes it, the other person that didn't has one unrushed, undistracted, "overtime" shot. If they make it, another half shot is poured into the shot glass and an overtime starts. The overtime is the same game. But if the person makes the overtime shot, another half shot is poured into the second shot glass. You keep pouring half shots until both shot glasses are filled. All overtimes after two full shots, no more shots are added(we do this to avoid death). When the person misses their overtime shot, they have to take all shots out on the table. This game is best played with a group of people where you play "winner stays" (once again, to avoid death).
the simple version of our college football game: pick a team you're going for (and preferably you have people on both sides in the room) if the OTHER team: scores a TD: you drink 1/2 beer makes a FG: you drink 1/4 beer if YOUR team: turns it over (to include missed FG's and failed 4th downs): you drink 1 beer is safetied (sacked in the end zone or otherwise): you drink 2 beers INT's returned for TD's can be painful.
Anyone ever tried to join the "100" club? Not difficult to play. Buy a lot of beer and have every participant have a shot glass. The object is to drink a shot of beer once a minute for 100 minutes. And, I know, it sounds stupid. And it starts off slow as hell, but I'll be damned if any of us were ever able to do it. As it goes along, the minutes go by faster and faster, and then everyone seems to simultaneously forget, or wander around or whatever. But I've tried to do this a few times with my guys, and we've never successfully completed it.
I played a drinking game with some guys from Ireland, England, Wisconsin NY,New Jersey, and Germany while on vacation in Mexico. Pretty easy to play Each person represents their country or state and you basically out drink everyone else. (Gotta love all-inclusive resorts) I thought the guys from Ireland and Germany would give me a run for my money but Germany pissed his pants and had no idea he did it, Ireland bit his tongue by accident and couldn't continue. Must be something in our water because i never met anyone that can out drink someone from Texas.
I've done a "power hour" before, which is 60 shots of beer in 60 minutes. My friends and I actually scheduled our first attempt at a "100 club" (though we call it "century club") next weekend. I was able to download a DVD that has 1 minute long funny/awesome clips from different movies. We are gonna watch the DVD, try to complete a century club, then stumble to down town. I'll let you know how it goes.
They actually do sell drinking jenga. The blocks have different things written on them that you have to do when you pull them out. Or you can be ghetto and write your own stuff on regular jenga blocks with a thin sharpie. I've played both versions.
Power Hour - Could do it back in college, but now? Id be hammered. Circle of Death - great drinking game
This is the way me and my friends play it 2: is for "you" you get to choose someone to drink 3: is for "me" you have to drink 4: is for "w****" all girls playing have to drink 5: is for "drive" the person makes a dance move and the next person has to copy and add another move to it and so on. first person to mess up drinks 6: is for "dicks" all guys drink 7: is "heaven" last person to raise both hands in the air has to drink 8: is "mate" person selects anyone and they both drink 9: is "bust a "rhyme" person chooses a rhymable word and the first person who messes up drinks 10: is "story time" person starts the story with three words and everyone takes turn adding a word to that story. person who messes up or the story does not make sense drinks J: is for "Category" someone chooses a category like NFL football teams and everyone takes turn naming an NFL team, person who messes up drinks Q: is for "Rulemaker" person makes a rule and it takes effect immediately. if someone breaks the rules than that person has to drink K: is for "Kings Cup" first 3 people to draw this card pours a decent amount into a cup. the fourth king has to chug the whole thing A: is for "Waterfall" everyone drinks
