Arrogant Obama Thumbs Nose at DC Residents, Calls Them Wimps

Not very absurd. Southern towns don't have the snow ploughs and other equipment and infrastructure to handle snowy/icy weather.

 

there was no ice on the roads. there was some on sidewalks. which could be easily traversed via a careful approach to walking.
