We can not have McGrady, Alston and Artest on the same team

Last night against Phil, they combined for 14 of 41 (34%) field goal attempts. The rest of the team shot 23 of 49 (46%).

    Season FG averages:
    McGrady- 38%
    Alston- 37%
    Artest- 37%

And these three guys, when all playing together, almost take half the teams shots? Alston should not be taking 10+ shots a game when the Big 3 is playing. Take that back, he should never be taking 10+ shots a game. I'm sick of everyone trying to be a hero the last couple minutes of the game and taking ill-advised and contested shots. McGrady should not be taking 20 shots a game when Yao (shooting 53%) takes 11.

McGrady's FG% will climb to at least 41 or 42 percent by season's end. I'm confident of that.

As for Rafer and Ron, yes that is a concern. Others have said it, and I agree. A trade is in order for a PG that's a shot maker. It's not going to come cheap, though.

According to Clutch on 1560 today he has been below 40% for the last 55 games or so....are you SURE about your take again?

dont get on DD's bandwagon, he's more inconsistant than rafers 3's. he failed to see that the poster before him said tmac was shooting 50% brfore the last 4 min. that is a heck of alot better than what i have seen of him as of late.

get out of here DD, your more broke than owen wilsons nose.

You aren't going to stop DD from posting, there's a better chance for peace on earth and alien invasion then that.

What's up with the elitist attitude nowadays? Post count makes you more right? Being a fan or on these boards for longer simply because you are older makes you more right or a better fan? None of that is necessarily true.

Thanks Tinny....the problem is that people don't want to look at the problems and how to fix them, that is my nature.....

Some just want to cheer wildly and hope for the best, I get that.....

But to me, you just can not ignore what is going on out there on the floor, the lack of chemistry, cohesion, leadership.

    It is just staggering.

And then you sit players that are efficient but flawed, for players that are inefficient and flawed.

I believe in a meritocracy....I don't care what your contract is....just play, and if someone is outperforming, grab some pine bub....

ron should do what battier does. the occasional slash, spot up shooter on the kick out. when he has time, the man can shoot, he just takes way to many contested jumpers and difficult layups. better spacing, and move movement is the key in my opinion
