This trade would not be worse than the Dirk for Robert "Tractor" Traylor trade. It isn't even close to being that bad.

I wouldn't do it. We would have nobody who can play the sf slot coming off the bench if we traded Artest. I know I wouldn't feel comfortable with Tmac at the 3 and Wafer at the 2 at this point of the season. Battier and Artest are our only real small forwards that can get after rebounds. we need Artest more than people think, and everyone keeps saying Artest isn't a good fit for Coach A's system. Artest was one of the best players to ever be in Adelmans system.

why would philly do this at all. Thaddeus Young would be a junior in college right now, he is smooth as hell and will be a starting SF in this league for a long long time. Iguodala is a very good young player not superstar level but very solid play, so I don't know where TMAC and Artest would fit in this year.Brand is what philly needs not more wings and speights, reggie evans, and dalambert down low, they'd get like 10 pts a game in the paint from those, go play on real GM some more this is such a fantasy.
