After reading recent threads, I would like to know what you guys think about trading stevie for garnett or if that would even be plausible. The rockets may then offer KT and a pick for a solid point guard (Eric Snow?) or anyway somebody like him. This may make the rockets a more well rounded team

Francis couldn't possibly get us Garnett since even after he gets his big contract he'll still get paid less than half of what Garnett gets. There's little to no way the Wolves can manuever a trade with Garnett involved unless they take an overpaid player (which why would you want an overpaid player in a trade for one of the top 5 players in the league?). Plus the Timberbears already have a solid PG in Brandon. What they need is a good defensive 2 and a big body to go along with Garnett. We can provide neither have those, which is not even getting into the huge contracts we'd have to manuever even if we had the right players.
