Now here me out first, this isn't anything about them having the best record in the NBA right now or anything, I've been wondering all season, are we better than the Orlando Magic when we are healthy? By healthy, I don't mean a 100% T-Mac, what I mean is probably an 85-90%, a 100% Ron Artest, 100% Yao, and a 85%-90% Shane Battier... (Basically what is going to be of this season coming up soon). We match up well with them, I've always wanted to compare these two teams..

    Alston <<<< Nelson
    McGrady >>> Bogans
    Artest >> Turkoglu
    Scola << Lewis
Yao > or = Howard (You can argue, but Yao already owned him, is carrying a team by himself, something I don't think Dwight can do)

Bench: (even though Battier doesn't come off the bench and ron does, at the end of the game, thats how the lineup would most likely be)
    Battier >> Pietrus
    Brooks > Johnson
    Wafer >>> Redick
    Head < Lee
    Hayes > Cook
    Mutombo = or > Gortat
    Landry >>> Battie
Barry >> Foyle (even though they don't play the same position)

Ok, that's just my opinion of the matchups.. We have already beat them with an pretty injured team at their place.. so, what do you guys think?

Nice, we are good to beat any team in the league.

Crap floats. It doesn't take much talent to be a top team in the EC. Put them in the west and they would barely be pushing .5.

They will just make fun of the Rockets injuries and shove that 33-8 record in my face. I'm just trying to compare the two teams when healthy, just a coincidence right now that they have the best record in the NBA... Also, is there even a Magic Forum around anywhere? lmao, their fans suck.

Their record doesn't lie though, they are missing a starter and their sixth man as well due to injuries. Nothing compared to our injuries, but they are tied for the best record.

Ok, then you have to at least agree that Artest is a better PLAYER than Turkoglu... Tell me what makes Turk better overall player over Artest??

Yao outplays Howard every time, no exceptions.

Magic doesn't scare me; somehow they are successful against other team.s

Let have a Finals match between the Rockets and the Magic. We'll let the world see who's the REAL best center in the league.

then they just avoided the whole topic which you started off with that I highlighted from you which could lead you to an answer?

IDK, I always google the team and add in forum if I ever want to see what they think during a game with us. usually the same thing we think, calls and such.

These are debatable. Tukgolu has been very good this year and I personally would take a real PF in Scola over a tweener in Rashard any day of the week.

    At a full strength, we'd crush the Magic in a series. 4 - 0 or 4 - 1, at least 2 to 3 games would be blowouts.

I don't think they can slow us down, offensively with T-Mac/Artest or without one or both.

With the current (healthy) roster, I think we would still stand a fair chance of winning. In fact, I believe the Rockets would beat them in 7 games.

They don't have an answer for Yao Ming, also they're undersized on the frontline combine that with a deeper bench. Put the Rockets in the EC minus 5 to 11 losses.

Yes, we are much better than the Magic. I think we could beat the Magic without McGrady and Artest. They win games based on drawing a double team and swinging the ball for open three's. With Yao in the paint guarding Howard, we do not need to double Howard, because he can't manhandle Yao.
