Bynum really didn't play THAT well. I mean he set picks and got open for dunks. He caught passes and dunked them. Made a few 5 footers.

Slipped my mind, DeAndre Jordan sure was picked after Dorsey, never bothered to check. I saw Dorsey as Landry insurance, or that the Blazers picked him and Morey just went with it. Or was it Morey telling the Blazers who to draft FOR the Rockets? It went down as

The Blazers acquired Nicolas Batum from the Rockets for the rights to Darrell Arthur (No. 27) and Joey Dorsey (No. 33).

The Grizzlies then acquired Darrell Arthur (No. 27) from the Rockets for Donte Greene (No. 28), and a future second-round pick*.

*the pick which they later dealt back to the Grizz along with Francis? I get it now, Morey saw it as an extra pick anyways, 27 & 28 is basically the same and we got Artest out of it, so giving them back the pick puts it back at even...and with cap room saved.

If the Rockets told them who to draft, the next available true center was defintely DeAndre Jordan. I guess Mutombo was still on radar, but for a team sorely lacking size...
