[Minor Rant]National Pulled Over by Cops Day

    They were out in swarms this morning! During the commute to work I got pulled over for an expired inspection sticker. It wasn't a big problem since I knew I had it coming and hopefully the judge will dismiss it once I get it renewed next weekend.

    Not three minutes after I was pulled over a motorcycle cop pulls someone right behind me making a pulled-over sandwich with 1 cop-driver-motocop-driver layers, something which I hadn't seen before. Later on the drive to work I passed 2 Bellaire stealth cops, one with someone pulled over and another with a radar gun pointed at traffic at 610 S loop. It was a nice day!

    y'all didn't just get out of your cars (or off the motorcycle) and have a tea party on the side of the road?

    What's wrong with the world today!

    If cops are going to pull multitudes of people over, they should at least throw a mixer or something.

    come to the DC area. I swear there were zero cops out this morning.. probably cause they're all at or near the inauguration

    Hmmm, they are doing something like this in Austin today -- at least I noticed tons of moto cops and unmarked cars under bridges/ etc.

    ha, if you were actually within the city limits, 50% of the streets were closed (and that's a conservative estimate).. so you wouldn't be doing any driving at all..

    usually cops start pulling people over at the end of the month... i guess times are bad for everyone, even cops.

    That is wildly false. I doubt the area the closed is even 10% of the streets.
