    Well doesn't it just depend on where the seller is? I would like to have it to be able to watch rocket games at work, etc.

    I called one time and they said blackouts are according to the zip code of the buyer AND the location of the IP address of the PC when LP BB is lauched.

    FWIW, if you like watching other NBA games, go ahead and get it. $45 is a steal. But if you only watch Rockets games and live in Houston, it isn't for you.
