I'll take the any win, but I'd rather win cleanly. Winning like the Lakers beat us would feel dirty. In this instance, I think we deserved it.
George Karl has always been a boneifide Whiner. He preaches sore losing and has many time run up the score when his team is winning. A real A-Hole who has never amounted to S*** in this league.
I sent an email to Vic Lombardi that read like this : Basically my earlier post directed at him. He responded. So there ya go.
First of all the charge wasnt the call it was the offensive foul on Nene when he bowgaurded luis scola yao got called for a block agaibnst J.r. smith so stop b****iching nuggets guys
LOL...That video reminded me of the Jack in the Box commercial with the two grown men in a stroller crying.
no it wasn't... check the pbp at nba.com The call was a charge on Klieza.. was it a charge, yes. did Chuck embellish, yes. It was a good call.
soo hayes just flyssssssssssssss across the floor.. man he must have super powers. now out of all the other flops goin on around the league they choose a perfect time to point out an obvious charge. since its out there why dont they call out the utah spazz. we all know AK47 is the King of Flop. hating bastards.
It was a charge but Chuck even admitted he put a little extra acting into it..LOL @ chucks quote after the game and Kleiza's quote Chuck - “When he hit me, I knew I had to sell it so as I’m falling I’m hoping to hear a whistle. They called the charge and that’s my job. Coach told me to be ready” Kleiza - “It was a tough call. I thought it was a flop. I didn’t feel like I hit him. It’s done.” I'm Glad we got the Win though and i hope we can keep this going, and all Click when Tracy and Ron comeback
It seems like the losing team or fans of the losing team of games only single out the refs all the time these days. In a game, whenever one team is clearly in total command, they'll often get the calls in their favor IMO while the struggling team winds up not getting them.
Was it a flop? YES Was it a charge? YES Imagine if it was a weaker defender taking that charge, someone like Aaron Brooks. AB wouldn't have had to sell the flop because he most likely would have fallen b/c of the contact. Like someone said earlier, in the NBA if you don't fall you don't get the charge.
Either Chuck is lighter than a feather or Kleiza lost his sense of touch. I looked at the play, it was a fair call. This is what I would call an acceptable "flop", he took enough contact to fall. This in no way should be labeled a flop. If you look at the Rockets Cavs games, that is flopping.
I blame the AP writers. Thay made it sound like it was indeed a botched call and a flop, where in reality if you look at the replays it was the correct call for an offensive foul, albeit under a bit of exaggeration from the chuckwagon.
I had to miss the game because I was traveling anyone got a link to a video of the actual play? ESPN's highlight leaves it off despite it being the headline of the recap.
