Lots of touching. Either a man crush is in effect here or it was Tracy's attempt to infect Kobe with his Toyota Center depth perception disease. If so, it was effective, but unfortunately wore off in the 4th quarter. Sort of like McGrady himself.
I'm not sure if many of you caught this, but McGrady highly reveres Kobe. He once said in an interview that if there was anybody else in the league he would play with in their last days to win a championship together it is Kobe. It's pretty evident from his body language that he looks up to Kobe, and is one of the few players he actually puts above himself if not the only player. The mere amount of him touching Kobe is further evidence of his submissiveness to him, whereas Kobe is playing it more chill Point taken: Kobe is one of the few players McGrady openly accepts as better than him and knows that he is boss between them.
T-Mac: Dude, I'm telling you, Lamar and Trevor for Me..It can work, i'm telling you...make it happen... Kobe: I dunno man, u know I don't play well with others, remember Shaq...
All players talk and converse with each other before and after games. Sometimes even during games. It's only a basketball game, not war in Iraq. Artest mentioned that Kobe once asked him during the 4th quarter if Artest sleeps before a game.
Probably wouldn't keep him from riding a bike or swimming. I am just sick and tried of $21 million excuses for why he is not a superstar. the pic with kobe just pissed me off because it reminds me yet again that T-mac is apid to be a Kobe but he has NEVER delivered like one
I guess Wafer has no pride either. He was conversing and joking with Kobe DURING the game. Come on now. Don't let blind hate for McGrady deprive you of all sense of objectivity here. They're friends, they're sharing a laugh. People will find a reason to hate for anything.
I bet he's asking (more like begging) to Kobe asking him if there is room for one more superstar on the Fakers. Traitor. Also, it looks like he's putting in a lot more enthusiasm and energy in that convo than in practice and on the court.
