yeah i don't see sessions being thrown in there....and damn i didn't notice the butler jamison trade LMAO...that would never happen, but the bucks trade may happen and Sessions is not needed to make that trade work as he is only making around $700,000 or something like that

Yea you can switch lue with sessions and that works which would be great for us cause we need a 3rd point guard incase alston or brooks goes down but i think tmacs value is just to low

You want a tissue guy? Artest is producing waaaaaaaaaaaaay more then Tmac is this season at half the price. Go dry your eyes.

He may be producing more then tmac atm, but his producing isn;t good enough. One of the reason he was brought here was to hold things together during Tmac and Yao injured times. He hasnt even been playing. I got a brain lying around in the house if you need it.

    LOL
No, the reason he was brought here was to have a three tier team. Its been obvious championship contenders have a big 3. It was a low cost (last year) big chance output. A fail or not fail project. Either way 1 year.

You do not bring in someone in case of emergencies (in this case injuries) because no one can foresee this. If you believe this was the scenario you need to fix the first problem.

He was brought here so we can have 2 stars on the court or at least one while the other was getting a rest instead of the old both YnT are benched and our offense just halts. At least if one or two of them are resting you have a go to guy.

Wtf injured times? I think you need to go to the hospital because that brain is missing from somewhere.

One of the main reasons he was brought here was to hold it together while either Yao or Tmac was injured. Go back and look up some of the things mentioned from the day they got traded and during the month they had to wait. Just incase i see someones pet die, i'll cut the brain out for you to have.

Um no why don't you show links for something you are trying to prove. I know what I've read.

The fact is no one was hurt when the trade occurred. It was thought Tmac was rehabbing quite nicely. Battier wasn't hurt yet. Artest wasn't hurt yet and Yming was to have his minutes watched over.

Why do you think they make a big deal over only 2 games were played with a complete roster. They weren't expecting this. Your a fool to think they would have otherwise. They wouldn't have taken Artest and they would have trade Tmac.

Oh and one more thing King, someone like Wafer and Head are insurance guys. Artest is a starter (maybe not in our line up) but he is a starter.

8 mil dollar insurance player, please.

Wafer was a last resort. Head doesn't do anything. I will let you spend your time going through the old press conferencces and stuff to find the info.

Dude are you an idiot? Thats what an insurance player is. A damn bench warmer.

Artest is a big three factor. He isnt here incase a big three player gets hurt he is part of the big three. Your bench players and role players are here when your stars get hurt. Like what Wafer is doing right now.

While everyone in this league isnt injury proof, if you are bring a player primarily ( I say primarily because thats where you started it) to be a back up player then you would be smarted trading this player your so worried about because its just not worth it.

Like i said, search for all the video and new releases about when They made the trade for Artest and while they were waiting on it to be official. After you do that, then post again and quit looking like a dumb ass.

    Westbrook + expiring contracts.

It's been said Presti's collecting 1st round draft picks as trade bait to pry away a superstar level player via trade

    Other assets:
2009 1st round draft picks: OKC, Spurs (lottery protected), Nuggets (lottery protected).
2009 2nd round draft picks: NJ
Draft rights: Serge Ibaka (not coming over until after 2010-11 season), DeVon Hardin, Yotam Halperin

Oden + Fernandez + Batum + LaFrentz (out for season)

Play Oden at PF. Twin towers. LaFrentz's contract is 80% insured.

Oden a bust? Low trade value? The importance of their cap space this off-season was to sign a 3rd superstar level player, Roy and Aldridge being the two Blazers consider in that category. It was going to be their only chance with capholds and extensions kicking in the future. Without that cap space or a future LaFrentz sized contract which is expiring (need a big contract to trade for a big contract) that will be very difficult without completely gutting their team.

    Other assets:
    2009 1st round pick: Own
2009 2nd round pick: Own, NY, Nuggets, Clippers
Draft rights: Joel Freeland, Petteri Koponen

I like the trade proposal with Portland the most, but I think it would be very difficult ... because you give up T-Mac and 2 fillers (Head + Dorsey) for Oden (starting PF), Fernandez (sixth man award candidate) and Batum (much better talent than Greene, who we traded for in the draft ...)

The trade proposal with Oklahoma would give us to many big guys ... and Westbrook + Mason << Oden + Fernandez!

Im not a fan of the first trade, but for the second one, if you were Portland, would you do that?

im only 13 years old, and i only came up with this trade for all the T-mac haters out there so here it is.

    http://games.espn.go.com/nba/featur...~2795&teams=22~12~22~10~22~12~10~10&te=&cash=

i think LA would do this trade cuz im pretty sure they're going after Lebron, and Tracy's contract would help with that.

Portland gets another young big in Jordan/an experienced vet in camby.

Lastly, we would get Baron, who we could start at the 2 but have him play pointgaurd towards the end of games, Webster is another young shooting gaurd with some size, and Joel would take care of our back-up center issues.

    Let the flaming.......BEGIN!! :D
