It seems that whenever Tierre gets minutes, he produces. He is capeable of making plays and seems to be able to control the tempo of the game. All we need from our backup pg is someone who can make plays and doesn't require the ball at all times. I'm not a Moochie hater like many on this board but I do seem to notice him dribbling out 20 seconds of the shot clock and having only 4 left to create, which has hampered this team greatly. After seeing the last few games of the season, I am starting to believe that if we used Tierre to backup Stevie, the Rockets would be in much better shape. I notice he's not as flashy as Mooch but he will make the correct decision.
If made this post a few months from now, it would be the right forum. Since Moochie will be cut and on another team... I hope.
The Rocks have begun a trend of compensating their players even after their usefulness has run out. Didn't we pay Matt Maloney and Bryce Drew after they left the team or has Alzheimer's kicked in for me already? We could do the same for Moochie...
