I vote for Tmac everyday because of his last season performance. 22 winning streak is not that easy to be forgotten.

I hope Tmac can see fans' votes as an encouragement. Don't give up the ASG spot and don't give up himself.

 

Is that really new? Tmac has been laughed at for years for being a second round virgin and for not giving 100% every game, for being injury prone etc etc. Who really gives a flying lizard's azz? As long as he gets it going in late Feb, and into March and April. I still think he is capable of helping the rox get out of the 1st round:

A player who led his team to achive the 2nd longest winning streak in nba history deserves an all-star starting spot.

I believe this is the reason why so many fans vote for Tmac.

Correct me if I'm wrong...but voting for the 2009 NBA All Star Game is based on this year's performance, right? I could have sworn that's the intention.

So, you mean a player's performance after the all-star break has nothing to do with his apperance for the ASG?!

I think it should count from the time after last ASG to now. And, Tmac deserves it!

Don't fool some people here. I remember Tmac said he would play in the 1st half of the ASG if he is voted in.

ASG game not only means honor to a player, but also means money.

If Tmac was out of this ASG, he would be out forever. And that would affect his next contract and adidas commecials.

 

T-Mac may have had a good run last year but that should be canceled out by his craptaculous play this year.

Why are you hating on TMAC that much? Do You really prefer role player at his peak David Lee + undersized-dunk-champion Nate Robinson on a roster with full package of undersized people over a 2 times Scoring Champion, 7 year straight all star, guy who never was a problem behind the problems of this team, for playing poorly first half of the season? Must I really remind you that he is coming off 2 surgeries, looking at how fragile t-mac is and how hard nba schedule is it isn't suprise that he struggles a bit, especially considering that he always had a bad first half of the season, and came alive after all star break.
