Ok guys, I'm not promoting anything commercial or stuff, but seriously, if not P90X or Yoga/Pilates, something that they can stretch that stuff out, I bet those muscles are extremely tight after the ball game + they have to lift weights and go to practice.From someone who has hurt their back and understands rehab.
The only reason I'm posting in this thread is because I started P90X two days ago. It's just weird to see it first thing when I click on the GARM
I just did the dreaded plyometrics program last night and it was killer, but at least when I'm in the shower feeling like I'm going to puke afterward, I know I got a good workout.
what's your point? P90X is basically practice and lifting weights for the Rockets.......P90X is not a rehab program
