Vince gets his ring? Wow. It's like saying "The Rockets will win the NBA title...Joey Dorsey gets his ring."

    First half of season: 8-0
    Last half of season: 5-3

Collins has his ups and downs with a checked history, too.... but they did whack the Steelers!

I don't think the media is aware that Vince got benched. They're a much better team with him on the sideline.

    Baltimore always gets over hyped.

Tennessee fans should be happy, as the #1 seed the Titans still get to play the underdog/respect card.

Because short of Chris Johnson they are as exciting as wet paint. If you are from Nashville....

then the Titans just winning is enough. But if you enjoy watching exciting football, they are the last team you want to watch.

I've noticed that the Titans don't get respect much. I don't think they had a single Sunday night football game even on the flex schedule and with some tough games. It seemed like the crappy Bears got more primetime games.

Part of me suspects is they are still dogged with having been a Houston team and we all know Houston teams get no respect in the national media.

Eh, I don’t think anyone even associates the team with Houston anymore. Different names, different uniforms, no former Oilers on the roster, etc. It’s been over a decade since they moved and Houston has it’s own team now. I don’t think anyone associates the Ravens with Cleveland anymore either.

I think it has more to do with the fact that they play in Tennessee. I mean, they’re the only professional team in the whole state. Kind of like Utah.

And you know, I don’t get this whole “Houston teams get no respect” angle. It gets a little tired. I thought it was true when the Rockets won their titles, but as much as I hate the spurs, they got even less respect for winning 4 titles than we did winning 2. IMO.

The Titans did punk the Stealers, who Bmore failed to beat in two tries (though very close games). But overall these 3 teams are very equal teams.

I'd take the Titans -3. I think the line should be 3.5 or 4--Titans .5 to 1 point better on a nuetral field, and they had the extra rest.

The key for the Titans offense is Chris Johnson. The Ravens defense is too strait up good. They need an individual to make some plays against the right scheme called.

That said, I don't see where the Ravens are going to get much mileage on the Titans defense.

The 1st TD in this game is going to feel like 17 points in a normal game, first FG will seem like a TD.

Also, who do you think will be ore prone to mental blunders, Collins or Flacco? This year I'd say Flacco.

i'll be rooting for the Ravens although i think the Titans will win. nobody on the Titans is worth rooting for except Fisher. but that's not enough.

btw, anyone want to apologize to Merril Hoge?

I'm an Eagles fan and the player that has impressed me most (not just postseason) is Ed Reed. The guy is unreal.
