    Bush isn't a great speaker, but Obama does tend to say uh a lot more than he should. Uh is not good for public speaking. He just does such a tremendous job with rehearsed speeches and has other good verbal skills that get him by.

    Overall, he is a good public speaker, but the uhs drive me crazy.
