well than i wish her to be careful and not 'shake' the baby but than her baby will learn while she plays so we are looking at a future basketball player, nba or wnba
Haha, that really sucks for the Sparks. First Leslie, now Parker. But honestly, thats how they got Parker after Leslie took her maternity leave and the team sucked. So hopefully, they will suck again and get another marquee player. Personally, i think it should be added to their contract. "No Getting Pregnant during BBall Season" I suggest Morey trade Luther Head to the Sparks for the rights to that baby. Win win situation for everyone including Head
haha, well, considering Leslie was the face of the WNBA, her pregnancy was a big deal. On Espn, they said the sparks management were secretly pissed because it screwed their whole season up, haha. Imagine your employee being excited about having a baby, and you are like "dang it", but still have to smile and say"wow, thats great news"
C'mon, now. You know we would be haranguing someone like, say, Brian Scalabrine if he had hooked up with someone really hot. So unless we're willing to come to the defense of the likes of Nowitzki, Kirilenko, or Boozer in future threads that address similar comparisons regarding what we perceive as the dude vastly overachieving, then let's at least show some semblance of intellectual consistency and call it for what it is -- Sheldon overachieved aesthetically. And there's nothing wrong with that. Now let the fun continue.
If someone fouls Candace Parker does it count as two fouls against them? What if she fouls someone? Can she choose to charge the foul to herself or her fetus? What if the fetus fouls out?
He should give her some of his forehead and she should give him some of her jaw so they both have normally proportioned noggins.
Rockets need to get on this. This kid (assuming he's a dude) is going to be the #1 pick in 2028 NBA Draft, no doubt.
I'm home, so here are the comparison photos I made a while back... ACTUAL picture of Shelden Williams PHOTOSHOPPED to make him look human.
I hope the baby doesn't have his forehead. http://www.wnba.com/news/parker_090513.html (May 13, 2009) – Candace Parker, the reigning WNBA Most Valuable Player and Rookie of the Year, gave birth to a baby girl today at 11:29 a.m. in Los Angeles. It is the first child for Parker and husband Shelden Williams of the Minnesota Timberwolves. The baby girl weighed in at 7 pounds, 6 ounces and 20 inches in length. “Shelden and I are thrilled,” said Parker. “This is such a life-changing moment for us, we feel blessed to have a healthy and beautiful baby girl.” The couple has chosen a name for the baby, but have decided not to disclose it at this time. Parker plans to rejoin the Sparks once she has received clearance from her physician.
