He plays for the Giants. He got some time last week so that they could rest Manning. He was 8-11 with 110 yards, a TD and no INT's. He was sacked once.

He is in the playoffs :D

    LOL

I know he is in because he is in the Giants, and he is just a backup.

Would it make anyone else physically ill if Manning gets hurt and the Giants still make the SB?

Or if Kerry Collins gets hurt and the Titans still make the Super Bowl. ;)

LOL How freaking ironic would a Carr V Young SB matchup be?

You guys are too much. The sky will turn purple with pink polkadots, hell will freeze over, and the Houston Oilers will finally win a SuperBowl before that ever happens. :D

not really. as much as david carr sucked for us, i'd actually be rooting for him to win. he took alot of crap (deservedly) from Houston fans and all he did was handle it with class.

...and with that contract extension, Carr supports his immediate and extended family. He is a hero off the field.

First of all: WRONG FORUM. This is the "Texans, Astros, Comets" forum, not the "Former Texans, former Astros, Former Comets" forum. We do the "former" tag only for Rockets.

Second of all, don't be lazy... dude, WikiPedia it. :D

Third, why did you want to know? To stir the pot? To get these people to talk about what "could happpen"? Actually, that is a good reason. :)

I follow David Carr, mainly because I didn't think it was all his fault about the sack record, our futility, etc. I respect David Carr, and not only because he was decent every now and then on the field, because he was a good person off the field, too.
