Why did the Horns Lose?

    Texas is a great Regional power...they win one national title every 30 years but are a great regional power...Aggies don't even have a chance

    You mistake me...I am a Cougar..I hate the Aggies as much as I hate the Longhorns....

    But yeah...ya'll have more national titles...Congrats on your 2 in 40 years...cementing your status as a regional powerhouse!

    As a horn who has supported Coog/Owl college athletics for about 30 years or so, I gotta say:

    Sorry, but the terminal case of shortdick that UT engenders in certain circles is really, truly, pathetically hilarious. You need to grow up just a tad, maybe? If you're over the age of 25ish and are still playing the "my college rules, yours sucks" game, it's probably a good time to reevaluate a few things.

    There is no question that the Longhorns are a better regional football/basketball power than my Cougars are. I am 38 and will root for anyone short of Notre Dame against the Longhorns because I find the latter repellant.

    I will root for any other old SWC school against a national power...Tech...A&M....Baylor etc

    I was in Vegas for the national championship a couple years back.
    Some old Ohio state fans tried to start fights with the Florida fans after they won.

    I was thinking to myself, these guys are old family people with kids. Its very embarrassing.

    I hope you don't turn into that guy dude.
