Did someone turn the "sharpness" setting on this FREAKISHLY annoying commercial? It seems someone messed around with the FOCUS settings on the cameras that recorded this commercial. Also, if you're a construction worker and are singing about anything, please turn in your mancard. Again, someone turned up the SHARPNESS on this annoying commercial.
If you buy a Hyundai this year and lose your job, you can turn it back in. I learned this like eleventeen times today.
Yikes! Swoly must be really serious about this. He only used 2 smileys in his post. I am really worried. Someone called Subway and get those commercials to stop airing, immediately!
OK, thanks, everyone... for noticing my OVERREACTION. You too were annoyed, just didn't want to be the one starting a silly thread, but I didn't care. Admit it... you wanted to [rant] about this silly commercial. Another version of this commercial just came out. It's the "outtakes" version. I was JUST ABOUT TO say "hey, that 'outtakes' commercial toned down the sharpness!", but it didn't. To top it all off, the DUMB construction workers say "FOOT LONG" and do about 3 feet distance with their hands. No wonder they're construction workers.
It helps make the commercial more annoying if you imagine they're all asians singing like A Christmas Story.
Uhhh...no. The day I let a commercial bother me this much is the day that I get my a$$ off the sofa and acquire a life.
It seems to me that most of the construction workers that I know are really good with measurements. It's a big part of their jobs.
Funny thread, but good call. I was also wondering what was up with the sharpness. It was messing with my eyes. I'm glad someone else noticed it. Oh and I agree with whoever it was that the Mall Cop movie is being annoyingly heavily pushed.
Thank you very much, arkoe. The check to PBS is on its way, sir. Because he's the one doing the "FOOTLONG" with his hands, isn't he? bladeage: black?
We're lost as a society.
