Agreed. Everyone is bunched together except for the Lakers. We get our full lineup back & we can get the #2 seed in the West. We've played the most conference games, so the other contenders will be knocking each other off. I think we're positioning ourselves for our annual post all-star break push. 23-0 anyone Just once I wish we'd make our push at the start of the season.
It only doesn't makes sense to you because you are mentally challenged. I do not remember reading anyone suggest that the regular season doesn't matter. Anyone that did must have meant something else or is stupid because you need to win regular season games to make the play-offs. The rest of my point wasn't directed at you specifically.
Its only Utah behind us, and then a very large gap between 9th and 10th place. I'd say its time to be concerned, but not yet time to panic. IMO Panic = Firing Adelman, Buy Out McGrady, and other knee jerk reactions. I thought Phoenix and Dallas hit the panic button by firing their coaches after the playoffs, but they seemed to bounce back pretty well.
in all honestly, Morey knows that Tmac is the center issue here. However, They just can't get enough or equal pieces from trade on Tmac. Who will trade their stars for Tmac at this point? No one. Maybe Utah would for AK47 or Boozer who would opt out after this season (if utah is not ready to make max offer). I can't think of anyone would do it. Rockets are not trading Tmac because there is no equal value or even close to being equal while not given up on championship hope.
AK47 would be interesting, he would be a shotblocking SF that plays hard........how long is his contract? DD
