Agree with this position. If he's going to half ass it out there then putting him on the IR serves a dual purpose of getting him healthy and showing him that he's going to have to play hard to stay on the floor.

It's too bad we didn't trade TMac for Chauncey when we had the chance.

You have low IQ. Basketball is a Team Game, but a 22 million dollar contract blown on a loser player severely handicaps the team.

Yes, Basketball is a Team game. Tell that to T-Mac, yeah?

i say send him down to the D league and see him get his butt lit up by the D League players and see if that knocks any sense and pride back into him.

If it doesnt its pretty obvious what the front office must do

BTW, there is no injured reserve anymore, they expanded the rosters to 15 players and you can move between active and inactive at any time.

It used to be once you were on IR, you had to sit 5 games.

    No more.

The Rockets should sit him for two years so he can't get a new contract in 2010.

    They should Marbury him.

With McGrady you're losing to the Wizards at home and getting blown out by the Raptors.

Without McGrady, can it really get worse? I dont know what happened to the triple double McGrady but right now he has 9th man on the Washington Generals effect on the team.

Let him sit until his head gets straight, if it does. No insults or put downs or anything, just tell him come back when he's ready and have the team move forward from there

too bad rox cant sent veterans down.

But seriously, just let tmac rehabilitate for a couple of months. He need the time to screw his head straight. He need a psychiatrist more than a doctor for his injuries.

Good fans supporting their players when they're going through a tough struggle, and are trying hard to overcome the issue.

Definitely when he appears in the court. But if he played hard with contribution he'll regain the support. Fans are fair, right?

Hope so,you know, once he gets booed and named the Biggest Quitter in Rockets History,he won't regain the supports like he had before.

Facts are facts, let's face it,he's fading out of the phase and cannot make a comeback as of now.
