I think you're right that t-mac won't take criticism from Yao. He won't take criticism from even his coaches. That's why JVG was always coddling him talking up his basketball iq because everyone knows he's too fragile to take even constructive criticism. But, Landry, Brooks, Head, and Ron will accept Yao's leadership if he steps up. Basically t-mac is becoming another starbury--a cancer who can't step up himself, but won't let anyone else become a leader. I kinda want to see Yao get in t-mac's face and call him out for being a weak-willed selfish wuss. There'll be some tense moments in the locker room, t-mac will have hissy-fit and the other teammates would take sides, prolly siding with Yao since t-mac's behavior is already pissing off artest and rafer. This'll let adelman just give yao full leadership and bench t-mac like the knicks did to starbury.
You are using fake quotes. That "iso" indecent never happened. CBA players automatically listen to Yao. Yao isn't afraid to talk over there. He doesn't do the same thing in the NBA. He is shy and quite, he doesn't yell rookies about there mistakes or call for player meetings.
It's not fake. It was a true incident. But everyone including Yao Ming downplayed it for obvious reasons. You fail to understand the meaning between the lines. After seeing T-Mac reveal his true character, do you really think last season's incident was impossible? Nope. T-Mac is an unstable bi-polar individual. He can say things that will scare you. Even Yao Ming said, he is afraid of T-Mac. Yao is not shy, nor quiet. Again you do not understand Yao. Everyone who knows him says he is an outgoing, personable person. He's an extrovert, not shy. T-Mac is the SHY one. You're simply wrong about everything. I will stop discussing with you. YOu also are low iq.
Seriously, claiming others have low BB IQ while you: 1)False facts: I have never heard a legit source saying Tmac will ISO Yao. 2)Claimming CBA leadership is the same as leading an NBA team. Heck I bet Yi was a great CBA leader. 3)Using the race card. I mean come on, give better examples.
#1. This was broadly reported in Chinese newspapers. Not just one newspaper, but several. #2. Leadership is leadership. No, Yi was not a great CBA leader. Now you are making up facts. Yi is a shy person, he is never a leader. Yao Ming however is not a shy person. He's an extrovert, a gregarious person. He is a natural leader. If his teammates ALLOWED him to lead, he can lead. But they do not want him to lead. This is why Yao asked for Mutumbo to return. The Rockets need Leadership, but he himself is not allowed to lead. #3. I am not using the Race card. YOU are naive, and a bit childish in your world views. Grow up, and see the world as it is.
DD, please don't tell me you agreed with this guy! He's a total joke, I mean come on, just read his posts.
What are you trying to say? Chinese people are incapable to lead? Chinese employees should not be promoted to higher positions?
LOL. I see that you used my Quote in your Profile Footer. You are not very smart. Don't you realize what I said is 100% true? It is a statement of your stupidity that you would try to use my true words to mock me. Instead, you are only mocking yourself.
I agree with you, only idiots think that quote is true and this guy is clearly the biggest idiot of them all.
There's nothing to say when YOU want to revise History, ok? Here are the FACTS. Yao openly criticized his team's effort after the Philadelphia loss. It was reported in the media that many players were unhappy with Yao Ming's criticism. It was also during this time when T-Mac's ISO was reported. Soon after, Yao Ming apologized to the Team, and promised not to openly criticize them. These are FACTS. Yao Tried to Lead the Team. This is what Leaders do. They openly criticize the team when they do not play hard. Yao TRIED to lead. The Team Rejected Yao Ming's Leadership. Yao Ming is a natural leader. He leads the CBA team very well. Yet in the NBA, he is not able to lead because NBA players do not want a Chinese player to lead them. That's the facts.
