Like I said before, there are lots of ways to lead a team. And right now, besides Yao, who can lead this team to a win tonight. I appreciate Artest's effort. But his ankle is hurt. He has shown his teammate the leadship to fight even he is not healthy.

T-Mac never really said that, it is not even a logical English sentence. The CBA follows Yao based on respect, he has to talk to lead in the NBA. He doesn't act like a leader at all in the NBA. He is to shy to go and tell Artest or T-Mac to do or don't do something. He is the best player on this team right now but he is not a leader.

Then T-Mac threatened Yao with his "I will ISO you". What do you think that means? It means that in the lockerroom, Yao is politically weak. his teammates are not willing to accept his leadership.
